Some of us may just want a little extra help without a full doula service. Expanding Families may have personal reasons for not wanting to hire a doula full-time for their birth, and that’s okay! The Virtual Doula Birth Planning Service is just what many families need.  
We offer unbiased, warm, non-judgmental support through scheduled calls. This is a service is designed exclusively for families who are choosing not to hire us, but still want to benefit guidance and education that a doula may offer.
