Labor/Birth Doula Support Services Include:

  • Prenatal & Birth Preparation
During the Consultation, we like to ask and find out what you’d love in a doula, what are you expectations or desires for your birth, and how you’d like to be taken care of. From there, you are able to call, text and email your doulas with any questions, prepare for your birth, process fears and concerns, and have your doulas' support each step of the way.

You will get 3 Prenatal Visits, all of which occur in your last trimester. Typically they’ll be at Weeks:
28th
32nd
36th

After week 36, you’ll have 24/7 labor and delivery support at all times up until it’s Birthing Time.
  • Labor Support
On Birthing Day, you’ll have evidence-based, judgement free, unlimited support from your doula, including support and guidance in the immediate postpartum hours. Whether you are birthing in a hospital, in the birthing center, or at home with a midwife, we work with you, your partner, and your providers
We support you throughout your birth, and help your support person provide their best with fresh ideas. When requested, your birth doula can provide in-home early labor support prior to your arrival at your birthing location depending on your needs
  • Postpartum Transition
Your doula will provide check ins and you get one post-birth follow-up meeting after your baby’s birth. If you desire to have a Postpartum Doula, we can help set this up to support you as well, if you wish through recommendations and referrals

Birthing out of the Hospital?
You still get all of these resources and additional care provided for your homebirth/birth center experience. We do not provide midwifery/medical care leading up your homebirth, but it is required for your birthing experience to ensure you and baby's safety.
Birthing outside of a hospital space requires more hands on care to support you through the birthing process. There is a slight increase in costs to make sure you and your family are well prepared for this journey and transition into parenthood.
